Select the drum for the task

Fit one compatible drum at a time, secure the base on a clean stable surface, and cut food into pieces that fit the feed chute. Turn the handle steadily while using the supplied pusher to keep fingers away from the cutting surface.

Cleaning and storage

Disassemble the grater only after use and handle each drum by its non-cutting edges. Remove trapped food, wash according to the supplied care instructions, and dry all parts fully before reassembly or storage.

Important

The drums contain sharp edges. Keep the grater and loose drums away from children, do not force hard or frozen food through the mechanism, and stop if the base or handle is not secure.
