These Terms govern access to ovnus.com and purchases from OVNUS. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the website.

2. Store platform
The store is hosted by Shopify. Payment, fraud-prevention, analytics, fulfillment, communication, and delivery services may be provided by authorized third parties.
3. Eligibility and accurate information
Customers must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract and must provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. The website may not be used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
4. Products and descriptions
We aim to present accurate descriptions, specifications, availability, prices, and images. Screen settings and supplier updates can cause minor visual differences. If a material correction affects an accepted order, we will notify the customer and provide an appropriate solution, including cancellation where required.
Products described as supporting comfort, posture awareness, relaxation, or general wellbeing are not medical devices unless expressly stated. They are not offered to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Customers with injuries, medical conditions, allergies, or ongoing pain should consult a qualified professional before use.
5. Prices, currency, taxes, and payment
Prices, transaction currency, applicable taxes, and any shipping charge are displayed before payment. We accept the methods shown at checkout. The card statement descriptor is expected to appear as OVNUS.COM or a recognizable variation. Payment authorization does not guarantee order acceptance.
6. Orders and acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment failure, prohibited destination, sanctions compliance, unreasonable quantity, or inability to fulfill. A canceled paid order is refunded to the original payment method.
7. Shipping
Shipping destinations, costs, processing times, estimates, tracking, split shipments, delays, and cancellation requests are governed by our Shipping Policy.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, damaged products, return shipping, inspections, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
9. No hidden subscriptions
A standard purchase does not enroll a customer in a paid recurring membership. A future subscription would require clear pricing, renewal and cancellation terms, and separate affirmative consent before payment.
10. Third-party services and links
The website may rely on Shopify, payment providers, carriers, suppliers, analytics services, advertising platforms, and other third parties. Their services have separate terms and privacy notices. This does not remove our obligations to customers under applicable law.
11. Intellectual property
The OVNUS name, original text, graphics, and other content owned by us may not be copied, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without permission. Third-party marks remain their owners’ property. Send legitimate infringement notices to support@ovnus.com.
12. Prohibited conduct
Users must not interfere with website security, introduce malware, impersonate others, use stolen payment information, submit fraudulent claims, violate intellectual-property rights, or use the service unlawfully.
13. Warranties and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally mandatory. We do not exclude mandatory consumer remedies or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
OVNUS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time of purchase. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or where loss results from fraud, willful misconduct, or another liability that cannot be limited.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, a user agrees to compensate OVNUS for third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by the user’s unlawful use of the website, fraud, infringement, or material breach of these Terms. This provision does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
15. Severability and waiver
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive it.
16. Governing law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country or region. Nothing requires a customer to give up a right that cannot legally be waived.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms for legal, operational, or service changes. The current version and updated date will appear here. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an accepted order unless required by law.
