This policy explains how orders placed through ovnus.com are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Shipping destinations
We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States. Available destinations are shown at checkout. A destination is supported only when it is available at checkout and covered by our published shipping and return terms.
Shipping cost
We offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible U.S. orders. Any different charge or optional expedited service will be displayed before payment.
Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing includes payment verification, supplier confirmation, preparation, and transfer to the carrier. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Transit and delivery estimates
After dispatch, Standard Shipping normally takes 7–20 business days. The estimated total time, including processing, is therefore approximately 9–25 business days.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier disruptions, seasonal volume, remote locations, customs procedures, incorrect addresses, and events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
Fulfillment partners and separate packages
Orders may be fulfilled by third-party supplier and logistics partners. Products from one order may ship separately and arrive on different dates. Customers are not charged extra solely because an order is split into multiple packages.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it is emailed after dispatch. Please allow up to 72 hours for the carrier’s first scan to appear.
Address changes
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support@ovnus.com immediately if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Reasonable reshipping costs may apply when a package is returned because the customer supplied an incomplete or incorrect address.
Order cancellation
Email us as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund an order only before it enters fulfillment. Once fulfillment or dispatch begins, the order must be handled under our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
Delayed, lost, or marked-delivered packages
If an order has not arrived by the end of the estimated window, contact us with the order number. We may ask you to confirm the address, check with household or building staff, and cooperate with a carrier investigation.
If tracking shows “delivered” but the package cannot be found, contact us promptly. A replacement or refund is considered after the investigation and according to the facts of the case.
