Refund policy

We want the return process to be clear before you purchase. This policy applies to orders placed through ovnus.com.

30-day return window

We accept return requests for defective and non-defective products within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.

For a standard return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and include its accessories, tags, manuals, and original packaging where reasonably possible. Items showing wear, misuse, alteration, damage after delivery, or missing essential parts may be refused or receive a reduced refund where permitted by law.

Start a return

Email support@ovnus.com before sending anything. Include:

  • your order number;
  • your name and order email;
  • the item and reason for return;
  • photos or video for damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items.

Wait for authorization and instructions. Packages sent without authorization may be delayed, refused, or returned to sender.

This is a processing facility, not a retail location. In-person returns are not accepted.

Return shipping costs

For buyer’s remorse—including changing your mind, ordering by mistake, or selecting the wrong size—the customer pays return shipping directly to the carrier.

For an item that arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially not as described, OVNUS will provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return shipping when a physical return is required. Contact us before shipping.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Return shipment responsibility

Use a trackable service and keep the receipt. OVNUS is not responsible for a customer-paid return lost before it reaches the facility.

Inspection and refunds

After receipt and inspection, we email the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Banks and payment providers may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise. Standard shipping is currently free on eligible U.S. orders.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days after delivery. This preference does not shorten the 30-day return window. Depending on the facts, we may offer a replacement, refund, missing-part shipment, or another appropriate solution. Keep the item and packaging until support confirms the next step.

Exchanges

For size or preference changes, return the original item and place a new order after authorization. Defective or incorrect items may be replaced directly when stock is available.

Sale items and exceptions

Sale and discounted items follow the same 30-day policy unless the product page clearly identified an item as “Final Sale” before purchase. Gift cards, digital products, personalized products, and products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons may be excluded only when clearly disclosed before purchase and permitted by law.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately to request cancellation. We can cancel an order only before it enters fulfillment. If fulfillment has started, the order may be returned after delivery under this policy.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
