This policy explains how payments and refunds are handled for purchases through ovnus.com.

Accepted payments
OVNUS accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers, including Stripe and Shopify-supported services where applicable. OVNUS does not directly store complete card numbers or card security codes.
Currency, taxes, and charges
Prices and currency are displayed before checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, are shown before the customer confirms payment. A card may show a temporary authorization before the final charge.
Payment verification
An order can be held or canceled if payment is declined, authentication fails, information cannot be verified, or fraud screening identifies a legitimate risk. A canceled paid order is refunded to the original payment method.
Statement descriptor
Eligible card payments are expected to display as OVNUS.COM or a recognizable variation. If you do not recognize a charge, contact support@ovnus.com before opening a bank dispute so we can identify it promptly.
No hidden subscriptions
A normal product order does not create a paid recurring subscription. Any future subscription would require clear recurring terms and separate affirmative consent before payment.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We cannot redirect a card refund to another card, bank account, cryptocurrency address, or person. See our Return & Refund Policy for timing and eligibility.
